<< mama's great adventures >> Last night was really so much fun. Martin and I ate Thai food then saw "Mama Mia". ("Dark Knight" was sold out.) It was the strangest feeling to be enjoying oneself without the responsibilities of baby or hubby. My husband seemed a bit tense about the situation but managed to tell me to have a good time. Today, I am VERY PROUD to tell you that baby and I met up with a mom's group at the local park. I hit it off with the group's organizer, Laurie and her son Mitch, who is only two days younger than my son. I'm really glad I went. The park has a nice children's play area and their swimming pool is amazing. It's a forty minute walk from my apartment, not something I can do every day, but I'm going to try to make it once a week for my mom's group. Here are some photos from the park.
